Gunn: The final score can't be rigged. I don't care how many players you grease, that last shot always comes up a question mark. But here's the thing. You never know when you're taking it. It could be when you're duking it out with the Legion of Doom, or just crossing the street deciding where to have brunch. So you just treat it like it was up to you—the world in balance—'cause you never know when it is.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Poor Cash, I hope the ER visit is quick and the drugs are good and long lasting.

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I actually have the Saints game on my TV today, and the channel just randomly crapped out.

If I was winning the LDB game before, I just lost it so hard that I've already forgotten the time before LDB.

My presents are all wrapped. We decorated sugar cookies yesterday. Extended family Christmas is in an hour. I sincerely hope nobody tries to talk politics at me. My dad's already spouted enough FOX news talking points that I may try to choke a bitch.

Productie day thus far.

Church, BK, home, made ornaments with child, got out more decorations - cleared living shelves and put the decorations out. I am missing one nativity scene, not sure where it is.

Still more to put out, but taking a break and going through more old cards. I had old received Christmas cards in at least 3 places! it will not be a small amount of paper getting recycled this year after I am through. I am torn about picture cards though.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Oh no, Cash. I'm sorry. I hope the drugs work wonders and you're home soon.

information libertarian

I have been to three grocery stores (Whole Foods, Trader Joe's, and Kroger, which was the worst), managed to get mr. flea out to the music store for last-minute guitar strap and picks (Casper got a guitar from my brother) while I kept the kids busy at Trader Joe's). We've been building the enormous lego sets (we have a cave troll!) my brother got us all day. I need to bake a genoise tonight, I think. But right now I am very tired, and all I did was shop. I tried to be very considerate to all the poor people actually *working* in groceries today.

Cash, that's the worst christmas gift ever. I hope it passes quickly.

Found the other Nativity, along with another box of ornaments for the tree.

I am trying to figure out how to arrange the 2 Nativities, many many angels, a vintage plastic santa sleigh with reindeer, some christmas trees (3 glass, 2 tinsel), and an elf.

I have 2 shelves cleared.

I think the answer is to clear more.

This room is still a cluttered mess.

Cash, that sucks - easing of the pain for you.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

My Christmas tragedy doesn't compare to Cash -- we had to shut off the gas to the fireplace because they're smelling sulfur upstairs. Slightly less merry, but I guess those kids deserve to have Christmas too.
