He was scared, cowering, and shivering. I couldn't leave him out. Now that he's inside, he's kind of a giant goofball. He must belong to someone because he knows how to sit and shake. Hopefully I can find his owners soon.

So I posted on Craigslist, left a message for Animal Control (closed on Mondays), called a local vet, and plan to call the no-kill shelter when it opens at 10. Hopefully either the vet or the shelter will scan him for a microchip.
Anything else I should do?
Is there anywhere near you you can post a sign?
Hmm. I don't think so. Well, I could on our mailboxes, but I don't think this dog belongs to anyone in the complex. And I'm not going to do it in the freezing rain.
