Tracy: Well-- That call -- That call means you just murdered me. Mal: No, son. You murdered yourself. I just carried the bullet a while.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

I am also still winning the LDB game.

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

Bad thought: they're too used to people forgetting.

But their families wouldn't. I think it's just that probably they have not great staff in the dining areas.

Instead, in stores, I get Never Let Me Down Again. Buh?

The Depeche Mode? Which stores? I will totally shop there.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I am also winning the LDB game, but like ita I like it so that doesn't feel quite as winning as not hearing "Deck the Halls" either.

Last song I heard was "Baba O'Reilly"; The Who performed at the Hurricane Sandy fundraiser. Not sure how that translates into a signature sex move. Maybe mine is Pete Townshend's helicopter arm trick?

Hey, did y'all hear that Ravi Shankar died? I've been hearing sitar music all day.

"I keep to a strict diet of ill-advised enthusiasm and heartfelt regret." Leigh Bardugo

I was going to say the last song I heard was something by Ravi Shankar.

I cannot believe he is Norah Jones' dad.

Cass, it was at Trader Joes. I also heard Closer to Fine at CVS. Fuck, we are old enough for musak.

The artist formerly associated with cupcakes.

I am also winning the LDB game, but it's purely through luck, because there was holiday music playing all through Vegas. I'll probably hear it when I go holiday shopping with Dad.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I think I've stayed ahead of LDB so far, but it may be because stations in my area are mainlining "Holly Jolly Christmas" instead.

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

Hey, is *anyone* still winning the Little Drummer Boy game at this point? If so, I envy the hell out of you.

Not sure that I'm playing, but if so, I'm still in. (Hec sent me a copy by the Hoodoo Gurus, but I though I'd waIt and see if I hear it anywhere else first.)

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

I heard it right away, but played by one of my favorite bands live, and although I dislike the song in general, it was a great version. With lots of drums. Including a taiko drum.

I'm still winning, but most of my shopping has been online. Online shopping fortunately has no soundtrack.

I find this is true here too. I wonder why.
