I do find it interesting that adultery is seen as worse than killing large numbers of innocent people. Somehow that killing lots of people in Iraq and Afghanistan (and these days Pakistan and other places) is awesome. He ran programs that killed children as a side effect, but since that was his job it just made him a hero. But fucking someone not his wife, well that is beyond bearing and obviously he had to resign.

Right wingers complaining about P4 resigning do not care about this. Of course you are right, it is kind of ridiculous, but I file it away in the same irony category of mobsters getting caught through the IRS. After Clinton's impeachment, it is all kind of bullshit.
