iTunes 11 was just a visual slap in the face. I'm sure I'll be used to it in a day or so, but wow does it look different!

You can enable View->Show Sidebar in iTunes 11 to get something like the old look back.

If you go up to "View-->Show sidebar" and then turn on Column Browser, it will look more or less like the old versions.
