Good morning peeps! I am pretty sure my weekend plans will revolve around hospital visits, and maybe cleaning my sister's apartment so she can move back in when she's released from the hospital. But right now? Cleaning my own kitchen and then making breakfast.

I am... dog-sitting this weekend. That's about it, and the Diva is in heat, so I am getting little spots of blood all over the house. Whee.

Today I shall not run (I ran the last 2 days), but shall take the dogs for a long walk, and then later I'm going to try to patch some crumbling concrete in my garage. Fear a woman armed with a trowel!

If I can convince a friend to go, I shall go see The Heat. If she's not available, probably Pacific Rim.

I should probably go see Fruitvale Station but I fear it shall be depressing. Still, it's filmed in my neighborhood, and everyone says it's excellent.

Consuela, FWIW, they do sell doggy (bitchy?) diapers just for that problem.

We have an ARP picnic. CJ's team is bringing desserts so I made a double batch of ginger cookies.

Tomorrow is his 17th birthday (!!!!). CJ, KCD, B, K-Bug, the bf, and I are going out to a fancy brunch and the to an indoor go-cart place. Then, on Wed, CJ takes his driver's test. I am feeling old.
