Giles: I jump out of the circle, jump back in, and, and, shake my gourd. Buffy: Hey, I think I know this ritual. The ancient shamans were next called upon to do the Hokey-Pokey and to turn themselves around.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

You're doing the right thing, Suzi, although this one may get harder before it gets better.

Now tagless for your comfort.

The longer it dragged out, the worse it would have been, Suzi. Sorry K-bug is miffed. I hope she can appreciate your reasoning.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

It isn't like they broke up. At least I don't think they have. But some separation was needed. I hope they both learn from it and if the relationship can still work, then good. If not, I hope one of them gets it and is brave enough to confront it.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Crazy you, Suzi, not wanting an extra roommate who sat there making goo-goo eyes with one person, ignored everyone else, and didn't chip in.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

So I don't want to sound like an entitled asshole here, but why didn't bf get a job?

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Ugh Suzi, parenting is hard.

In me news: Stayed up too late but I got 13 papers graded today. Worth the trade-off.

The lost sheep grow teeth, forsake their lambs, and lie with the lions.

Suzi, I think him being gone is a good thing. This bit of what you wanted to say to her:

Doesn't like you to do anything without him. Is cutting you off from your friends.

Set off dozens of alarm bells. I hope KBug gets to a point where she realizes that.

Thrive to spite them

You're not a bitch. First you have a guest who over stayed their welcome in your home and put your foot down. But mostly importantly you're trying to help your daughter and that's not a bad thing.

Thrive to spite them

So Buffistas - my FB friendslist is filling up with snotty cartoons about how this time of year is all about Christmas. I get frustrated when my relatives who are Christian start acting like they are being marginalized or oppressed or something.

I've been trying to find a list of all major and minor religious holy days that are celebrated in December. I want to put a list up and maybe on the actual day say something. But all I can find are lists for various Christian days and Judaism, and Kwanzaa. Does anyone know where I can find a list or have an idea of a better way to search Google.
