Patience. Dating Donnie gets her in Mark's orbit. Can't you see her as totally the type to drop the nice, together brother in favor of the bad boy brother so she can be the center of vast amounts of family drama?

Sorry your review was not good Jesse. More fodder for job searching? I keep getting emails that my boss has clearly not proofread (or has not read what I actually wrote) because they are either nonsensical or don't address the issue. Grr.

If you're going through hell/keep on going/don't slow down/keep your fear from showing/you might be gone/'fore the devil even knows you're there

Is Mark a bad boy? I thought he was uber-religious.

Dana, do you have any Houston hotel recommendations?

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Mark is an idiot, and that's all the matchmaking Jenny gets out of me.

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

What area of town?

I don't know how uber-religious he is considering he and his wife had three of their four kids before they were married. So maybe religious but not conservative?

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I am really disturbed that Jenny McCarthy with her really dangerous views gets on "The View." Elizabeth Hasselbeck was a huge problem. Why is ABC doing this to viewers?

Well, I want to see you if it works out, and have lunch with someone who will be working at 1000 Louisiana Street, but other than that I don't really care (or know, since I haven't been to Houston since I was a kid)

I'm terrifically busy with my ennui.

Louisiana Street is downtown. I'm way the hell out, so I will come to you.

Downtown is fine in that it's centrally located, but if you're interested in stuff like the museums and the zoo, most of that is in the Museum District. There's also the Galleria Area. Any of those places will have bad traffic at bad traffic times.

You looking for a big hotel? Bed and breakfast type? I don't have much personal experience, but I can certainly tell you about nearby cool stuff and ease of transportation.
