Tomorrow is CSA day and I still have so much lettuce!!!!
It was also my first no-lettuce day! After I remembered that my key to enjoying lettuce is lemon juice.
I think I'll braise it and put a poached egg on top and mop everything up with some dark rye bread.
Mmmm -- that's my favorite way to eat greens. Also I saute them in bacon fat, pre-egg.
ETA:remember this when you see "All Vegetarian Diet" as that's really a not great thing.
I just don't want the chickens that are fed chicken. I've seen that episode of the X-Files.

I did know that! I need to find out what kind of image file they need. I have some ideas.
Timelies all!
Happy Birthday Sox!
Ugh ita, that's just nuts.
I'm also taking a tip from my boss, and put tonight's salad into a pita. Different!
Jesus, ita, that's absurd. You don't register a patient for a procedure with a "well, if we have extra time" attitude.
And if multiple emergencies come up, tell the waiting patient that! "We didn't get to you" is way different from "multi-car pileup" or whatever.

That is AWESOME!
ita being kept waiting all day for a scheduled procedure is the opposite of awesome. I disapprove. Heartily.
