Thanks for the house congrats.

It isn't much different from our current house, but we got it on a bid for 72k and it appraises at about 105k. Our current house is worth about 120k according the the last appraisal and comps. Once we sell our house, we should be close to owning our house outright, I'm guessing about 18 months.

A vendor just cam to transfer all our drivers to new phones and he is Ethiopian and I am GEEKING OUT. I think I made him a bit uncomfortable. How coinkadink though that I made a salad we used to get at an Ethiopian place in NYC last night and I have it to eat for lunch with some injera, the Ethiopian bread.
