Second day of squat challenge accomplished, 50 squats. In ten-skwaat sets. I know it's not much of an accomplishment, but I am proud of myself. No, I'll never stop spelling it that way.

Yay Zenkitty! I am on the same day of the squat challenge. I was convinced by people saying they had less hip pain.
You guys, I started doing squats yesterday, too! But I forgot I'm spending the next two nights with my dad, and I may forget to do them.
I also started yesterday! Good old beginning of the month.
55 squats done!
We're all in this together, brave hearts.
(I love scwaats!)
My shoulder is feeling much better and I got to spend the better part of the day with a 5 month old on my lap. He ultimately fell asleep on me.
I just need something to counter the worrying pain in my left thumb. Something isn't right in the joint, and I don't want to incur more medical bills.
I'm so sorry, Consuela.
Consuela, I'm so sorry. All our love.
Huh. I couldn't tell it from looking in the mirror, but apparently I've lost 7 lbs. since last Sunday night. I was bracing myself for no weight loss at all given my mental tracking of food eaten vs. output. Particularly since I weighed after tonight's dinner, which included the better part of a pound of my mom's meatloaf and a 20 oz. diet soda.
