I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Last time I was called for jury duty, the first thing they did was ask if people had travel plans for the next I-forget-what-span-of-time already in place, and everyone who did was dismissed.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

I used ING for my refi (they are now owned by Capitol One). I don't know if Capitol One is decent, but ING was spectacular.

Oh, I need to share the more charming parts of my day: there was an arabber ( [link] ) going down 36th street when I was coming back from the Y. FrrrrrrrrEEEEEESSSSSHHHHH froooooOOOOOOOT! Suhhhh-WEEEEEEET froooooOOOOOOOooooot! FrehhhhhhSH COOOOOoooooorrrrn!

When I went out to get cash for market (and tulips!) I saw a well-dressed fellow out on his steps (south Govans, for locals) with a blond/albino python-esque snake draped around his neck. I was at a light, I couldn't quit grinning. Rolled down my window and shouted "Beautiful snake!" and he gave me a thumbs up and was grinning ear to ear, and then spent the length of the light drawing attention the chick who'd complimented his pet.

The status is NOT quo.

I will cheerfully advise AGAINST Bank of America for any mortgage-related stuff. They've been a giant pain in our asses twice now.

A thousand times this. We are on month six and loan application # 2 and are still getting the runaround. It's been an awful experience.

Trust my rage

But whatever I do will be fairly short term cause my current long term thought is to move into a loft indowntown Denver near the baseball stadium.

I think that would be so cool. I adore LoDo and they have so many cool restaurants and clubs. And the stadium. Honestly, I don't care about baseball that much but I went to a game three years and it was really fun. (I know I'm like the 1000th person to say this but I like baseball in person and love football on TV. Can't stand the reverse)

not your mom's socks.

Dana, my mortgage is currently with Wells, which I think is the evil twin of BoA, right?

hahaha. Remember the happy fun times of yore with the funny fraud? When they applied for a refi _for_ me, that I didn't ask for? YEAH GOOD TIMES. (thank you again le Nubian)

eta to add more Xander

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

Sox,

I am just glad it worked out!

When the times comes that I need another mortgage, I don't know WTF I will do.

Ha! I may not have lobster, or butter, or crab, or crawfish, but I do have TJ's bacon-wrapped scallops, and that will do nicely.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

The only way I can afford LoDo (based on current funds) is to wait until CJ is off on his own. Most 2 bedroom places are out of the realm of possibility, unless my circumstances shift greatly. It is a nice pipe dream for now.

Where I live is NOT is a great place to be single. This is the true suburbs - single guys are a rare sight. Though, I did find out today that swingers are thick on the ground around here.
