And good luck to everyone who is trying to refi! I'm in the midst of closing with QuickenLoans. Throughout the whole process they kept telling me how much more streamlined their process is and communications are compared to other lenders or brokers or whatever they are, and still the whole thing seemed interminable, although objectively it could easily have been much worse.
QuickenLoans is who Tim is talking to! I assume any refi process would be a pain, and I have zero experience to make any kind of comparisons anyway.
There should be a store full of items that you sometimes need, even when they're out of season.
I thought blazers would always be in season! But I guess not.
Silence from the salesguy. No followup email or phone call in the past, what, 2 hours? You know, you'd think he might want to verify a time or something, rather than, I dunno, make assumptions?
Oh god, the footage coming out of London is horrifying.

What the hell? (Not your comment; I just went to CNN to see what's going on and...what the HELL?)
My boss just sent me this Onion article, which pretty much sums up my mental state right now: [link]
Do you mean the attack, Jessica? Egad, you don't have to go through all of it, do you? I am so sorry, that must be the stuff of nightmares.

No, thank god, that'll be up to our UK team. I'm tragedy-ed out right now.
(Today I had the super-fun task of researching material on bereavement for a psychology textbook, including three separate items on how young children process the loss of one or both parents. PLEASE SOMEBODY DO A DOCUMENTARY ABOUT KITTENS PLEASE?)
