Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

This is the new skirt I'm currently wearing. I am also wearing these earrings, and I swear my belt (obi-style, black with pink flowers) was bought on Etsy too.

Shoes are from eBay.

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

Hm. Is this another evening I spend seeking out regional weather coverage? I have a friend in Norman, OK and family in SW MO and NW AR.

Oh, and today is the anniversary of the F5 that destroyed my high school in '57. [link]

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Weather is scary, you guys.

Because books.

The skirt is beautiful, but I LOVE the earrings.

I am the fly who dreams of the spider

Came home to find Ply happily munching on bunny brains just inside the front door. I tried not to vomit and got a bag to scoop it's wee headless body up (she'd finished all teh brainz by the time I'd composed myself and got back to shoo her away). And now that it's gone I see that the critter must have still been alive in that spot at some point, because it had voided its bowels all over the entry carpet. Yay!

Got court tomorrow, have the train schedule worked out just in case I do lose my license and have to get my car towed out of the parking lot near the courthouse. Hope I can sleep tonight.

Now my neighbor is using the garage door down below to play kickball. Not cool.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

The tornado stuff is really scary. M's family is all fine, as far as we know -- they're mostly in northwestern OKC, and Moore is a southern suburb (and OKC is quite large), so it wasn't super close to them. Way too close for comfort, though.

I haven't looked at footage and probably won't. Tornadoes freak me out like whoa.

Juliebird, I'm wishing you luck for your court date tomorrow!

Because books.

The footage is devastating. I can't even imagine.
