Dinner tonight was a seaweed salad (which should have been squid salad, but new waitress and I like 'em both anyway) and this beauty:
It's a bomb roll: tempura fried lobster tail, cream cheese, and crunch flakes wrapped in thin sliced cucumber, served skewered in a martini glass with carrot strings and parsley.
Mom just took schlepping the boys to them off my plate. "I think you have too much on your plate. I'm done tutoring, I can go get them."
