I'm just, uh, just feeling kinda... truthsome right now. And, uh... life's just too damn short for ifs and maybes.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

Congratulations, Nora and Tom!

Phewwwww. I declare this the week of unburdening.

"Look, son, if it's good enough for Shirley Bassey, it's good enough for you."

If you are a good poker player, you know how to play in such a way that you are disciplined and focused. If you can do that, you likely can learn how to control your face (or do it in such a way that it is misleading).

Well, my friend Phil has made millions playing poker and won a World Series of Poker bracelet, and he's awful with tells. That's how he got the nickname Unabomber - because he had to wear a hoody and sunglasses to stop himself from giving away his hands.

But the botox wouldn't help him anyway, because his whole body is expressive.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

the week of unburdening

FUCK YEAH.

We had also decided this morning to liquidate all our savings and investment account to pay off our credit card debt so we are unburdening ourselves of debt as well.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

PRWeb is almost the same thing as a peer-reviewed journal article, right?

Bob's learned to live with tragedy, but he knows that this tragedy is one that won't ever leave him or get better.

but after popping into Whole Foods recently, I do figure that's a good meatspace bet, otherwise it's the internet.

Whole Foods is a good possibility. I just have it generally on my list and never think to branch out to new stores since my grocery shopping is already so fraught. But I refuse to pay shipping when I feel like there ought to be a meatspace option.

Cash, I love your kids.

WE ARE NO LONGER HOMEOWNERS!

Whoot! That is fantastic news, Nora and Tom. Very pleased for you.

PRWeb is almost the same thing as a peer-reviewed journal article, right?

Yes. And Fox News is almost the same thing as journalism.

I find that "peer-reviewed" is a somewhat slippery term when one's peers are other cryptozoologists.
