Now tagless for your comfort.

mac would like some people to play minecraft with. any b.orger kids play still? and then I guess if there is a specific server address they use.

We host a server, msbelle. And my kids play on some kid-safe public servers, too. I'll email you the details.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Wordnik suggests it's mostly UK: [link]

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

CJ plays, msbelle. He doesn't normally play multi-player though. He said some of the multi-player servers aren't well moderated. How old is he again?

And Cash has the hook-up. Cool.

I have sorted out which servers my kids can play on. Sometimes they play on friend's private servers and sometimes on public. The kids prefer well moderated servers.

They also like to Skype when they play, too, to talk to each other through the game.

My understanding is that it's a back-formation that gets used so often that it's in common use. But I still don't think it's any more correct than "conversate."

So with Teppy on this one.

The problem with changing time zones is then I'm not hungry for dinner at a reasonable hour. I really want some damn vegetables, but its after 9pm, and I'm not actually hungry yet, so all the restaurants I'll be closed by the time I am (and I'd be staying awake too late for how early I have to get up!)

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

I find "conversating" oddly charming. Perhaps because I don't hear it very often.

"I remember when they eventually introduced that drug kingpin who murdered people and smuggled drugs inside snakes and I was like 'Finally. A normal person.'” —RahvinDragand

I remember in Alive they ate livers because they were nutritious. Maybe easier to chew too.

Just steer clear of the livers of carnivores. I believe some polar bears got their revenge on a party of arctic explorers that way.

By the way, have I mentioned lately how large a part of my diet meat makes up?

this mess was yours / now your mess is mine

I find "conversating" oddly charming.

My current language pet peeve: what's the deal with "reach[ed] out to"? When did "contact" fall out of favor and get replaced by this feel-good bullshit phrase? (As in "We reached out to the manager of the grocery store to find out when Chunky soup would be back on the shelves." Really? "Reached out to"??? You're not trying to establish detente, here.)

And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

My personal theory of business jargon is that in your average desk job there are only, like, ten conversations you're likely to ever have with a fellow business person, and everytime we get bored repeating ourselves we just invent another bullshit jargony way of saying the exact same thing.
