Toddson, ick. What a nightmare.

Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.
From the title I know what it is. What I don't know is why Twitter thinks it's "sensitive content".
My office now blocks all tumblr sites ... even Good Stuff. Which I could use on a day like this.
As a contractor I was legally required to take lunch. Well, to report lunch--I told them I wasn't taking it, but reporting 8-4 caused them to reject my timesheets.
As a permanent employee sometimes I have to narrow my eyes at them, but the fact is--all the contractors are out for a full hour, and my manager rarely takes lunch (but she does go off campus to buy it, I just realised, and I do that once or twice a month at most), but my nearest FT equivalent grumbles if you try and shift his hour to 12:30-1:30.
Toddson, I'm professionally required to ignore your post, because one of the apps I'm responsible for is WCM. But we do not provide templates--the web team themselves have nightmares with the site designing companies (the team does maintenance, single pages, and front end coding, not full site design), but at least the tool we provide most often works, and gives them a lot of flexibility.

I miss my hour lunch. I need that break from annoyed customers on the phone. But we've been so busy that they've cut us back to half hours--when they don't bring in lunch and we eat at our desks while talking to people.
Bwah! I love it.
It's completely unclear what I'm supposed to do about lunch. My boss once said we were "entitled to a half hour" lunch, but I don't know if that means paid or unpaid. So I clock out for a half hour, but I have no idea if anyone else does.
No, wait, second stupidest show, because there's also a show about people with horrible tattoos
One of my friends (who has previously won worst tattoo in Austin) said the tattoos on that show weren't all that bad, and she should go on. And I was like "not that bad...compared to yours maybe!" (She got a lot of dumb tattoos at an early age. And then a couple were even worse cover ups)
I take an hour lunch if I have to leave the building. Maybe 45 minutes.
I can take an hour for lunch, but it's unpaid so I'd need to stay another half hour. Which I have yet to do, but I'm glad to have the option.
And I can choose not to take my half hour but I have to sign something saying I wasn't pressured into it (California!)and I might not be able to exercise that option if I work over 6 hours.
Oh, my god. Pete Wentz is the host?!
No, it was Kimberly Caldwell? And a really hilarious guy in the role of Tim Gunn, in the sense that he was VERY STERN. Tattoos are SRS BUSINESS.
At the airport! First Delta tried to tell us that my bag had to be 50 pounds instead of 70, which is not what they told us yesterday, and I was about to cry but my husband insisted and it was sorted out.
Then one of our bags had to be hand-examined because it has two ziplocs full of batteries (which the movers won't take) and a portable hard drive. At least the sausages were already moved to another suitcase.
