Operation Go Back to Bed When I Wake Up At 4:45 was a moderate success. I got maybe another couple hours. But I'm not sure if my motivation is awake yet.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.
I slothed my way out of yoga this morning (I really need to sign up the night before -- then I force myself to go), but I just did about a half-hour of working out with On Demand! That is way better than nothing, and I'll go for a long walk in a bit. Unprecedented!
