Well 1 thing has become clear. They had discussed having nerf gun fights, but I had not been warned, so every kid comes with bags full of nerf stuff. None of mac's nerf stuff is out and ready. The back yard (where I would like them to play) is not cleared of dog poop, or mowed.
We will be having a discussion of many things. He is already mumbling that he is in trouble.
Oh and great, he just brought me a box that came that he had hidden from me. SInce we had already had a discussion about opening present early before I was home to monitor it - he just opened it anyway and then hid it from me.
Well, at least he brought it out now, as he said, "since you are gonna find out anyway..." I guess that is a semi-step closer to the right thing than just hiding it forever and magically having new stuff. TURDS all kids are TURDS.
