Would some idiot(s) really want to use the Boston Marathon on tax day to make a statement

People are often stupid & sometimes crazy. I put nothing past anyone. While still hoping it's an accident or something, because I don't want to believe that someone could intend this.

I'm trying not to worry about anyone I know in Boston--I see no reason most of them would be near the finish line today.

While I was typing the Boston Marathon statement said two bombs. So no gas main, I think.

Boston Marathon officials have called the explosions as being from bombs. Though who knows what information they have.
