Watching MSNBC. This looks horrible. The reporters are being very specific that nothing's been confirmed yet and there are no official statements, but given the timing and the location of the explosions, it's hard not to think domestic terrorism.

That's my presumption. It sure doesn't look like a gas-main explosion. And having it set at the finish line looks very purposeful.
