Don't belong. Dangerous, like you. Can't be controlled. Can't be trusted. Everyone could just go on without me and not have to worry. People could be what they wanted to be. Could be with the people they wanted. Live simple. No secrets.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

My folks are here on their annual migration North.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

I was just telling shrift last night that I was ready for the days when robots handle customer service.

Maybe I'll demand a robot the next time Macy's makes me return three shirts to three different counters based on the brand.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Oh, and if I cite SPN as my favourite show, what of Buffy/Angel/Firefly/Community? I'm not good at that sort of decision making.

But I am good at eating fries, so let me apply myself thusly.

I am a woman of various inclinations and only some of the time are they to burn everything down in frustration

Can you say it's your favorite show to draw?

Or should I not draw it for that very reason? ::shakes fists at sky::

Wow. I just read the most horrible wikipedia writeup for a serial killer, Albert Fish: [link] He's the sort of guys who doesn't just pull triggers, he installs them. His victims seem to be all kids.

Do your favorite show that you draw the least? I can see the appeal of that.

I have a real problem with those security questions that ask for my favorite novel or tv show. My answer depends on what I'm feeling that day! It's of no use in that context! I hate the ones that don't let you set your own question.

meara - Apr 12, 2013 1:08:07 pm PDT #18463 of 30001

I hate when security questions are like "Place you met your spouse! Place you honeymooned! Your best friend at age 7! Your favorite movie/novel/color!" because I either don't have or won't remember most of those. Plus sometimes it's a website I don't want to give REAL answers to (like my mom's maiden name) but am required to give some kind of answers, and the only options are things like maiden names.
