I'm going to go clothes shopping. Something I rarely do, other than checking the plus size consignment shop (which closed last weekend). I have a friend going with me cause I am horrible about picking out stuff and trying things...normally K-Bug just hands me things and makes me try them on.

I had a really great chiropractor who did wonders for my back pain, never made any woo-woo statements, and helped me set up a visit to an orthopedist when I developed frozen shoulder.
Significantly, perhaps, his treatments were more massage than adjustment.
