It's been spring here, which makes me sad. I'd like a little more winter. Or at least more rain.

Timelies all!
Went to a chiropractor back in '99 for neck/upper back pain. Seemed pretty helpful, though I can't say if it was the adjustments or the exercises he had me do that worked. Insurance only covered a certain number of visits, so I stopped going. I don't know if that would be helpful for my current neck/shoulder/upper back problems, as that seems to be more muscle based.
I do remember being mac's age and having a rule that my mother had to get her coat off and go to the bathroom before I started in with anything.
So I woke up to cramps. They aren't terrible and I took Advil right away, so is going to yoga a good idea or a bad one? I can't tell.
Maybe go and skip any poses that seem uncomfortable?

I had to make this rule back when was the last person home from work in the evenings. Between my mom, KCD, and the kids...yeah. My thing was don't hit me with stuff until I've been able to sit down (not on a toilet) and take a deep breath.
I'm sure "go to yoga" is always the answer. We'll see if I can hoist myself up and out.
Oh, and msbelle -- I do not mean to imply that that would work with mac, just that what he's doing is regular-kid stuff.
See, I can say "go" while today is all about sitting on my ass, for me. Because it turns out tomorrow is supposed to be sunnier than today, so I will mow the lawn then.
Ah, fuck it. I'm not going to yoga. But I will be on time to the clothing-exchange party this afternoon, instead of an hour late. And in trade, I will walk to the bus instead of taking the subway.
