I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

Have successfully picked up, toured around, and fed my in-laws. Now I would like them to go to bed so I can watch Justified.

So 3 of the 6 people I support were unaware that I was getting written up. I have not asked the last 2, but no way were they consulted.

It's usually a 9 am HR thing, figure it is just technical fuckups. And if not? You have the ammo, you'll find something new.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

Oh msbelle, what an ugly situation. It's bullshit, I tell you what.

Greece's financial crisis threatens to take down all of Western civilization - a civilization they themselves founded. A rather tragic irony - which is something they also invented. - Jon Stewart

Good grief, msbelle. That's insane. And I would think those people would be pissed about that, too. What a rotten environment.

I am definitely not getting to watch Justified tonight. Nor have I been able to change into my pajamas.

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

We are flying to Boston (via Atlanta) tomorrow with an 11-month-old baby who is recovering from an ear infection and who has thrown major fits for three out of the last three nights. If anyone has any easy travel~ma to spare for us, I sure would appreciate it.

Bottle/suck-something at takeoff and landing. Uh, sit next to someone like me if you can manage it (I'm super sympathetic to parents traveling.) You could always buy and pass out treats to nearby rows as one nervous couple traveling for the first time with a baby did. Or, as the more cranky part of me thinks, everyone just has to suck it up. Air travel can suck, imagine how much it sucks if you are a baby and it fucking hurts. The grownups can stuff shit in their ears and/or rationalize out the pain, the baby gets my sympathy, they don't know what the fuck is going on.
