That's way cooler than my gym classes ever were!
I had an awful headache and stomach ache and went to bed halfway through the oscars. Woke up this morning feeling better from the headache, but so nauseated still that I could only stomach dry toast for breakfast. Contemplating what to do for lunch, since only saltines sound good, but I'm hungry. Hmm. Have yet to get any actual work done, but need to. Even though I got 11-12 hours of sleep the last two nights, I still want to crawl back into bed and nap. Ugh. Do not want.
Awesome, Suzi!
I wish PE had taught us useful things, like yoga or knot-tying or climbing. Instead we had THE VIRGINIA REEL (I mean, come on) and bombardment. Although I did love playing with the parachute.
If you are actually hungry you'll probably keep food down, meara, but I'd start out easy, like broth or crackers or a banana or something like that.
I'd try some saltines first and see how you do and if you can keep them down try a little bit of a banana.
I read that as VAGINA REEL and was all, uhh...for a moment. I mean, I hated PE classes, but that was mostly just because I never mastered trashtalking.
The Vagina Reel is AP-level.

For me it was because I never mastered not getting hit in the face with the ball.
I liked the Virginia Reel! And watching Downton Abbey made me want to go line dancing or square dancing or whatever.
I also never mastered no getting hit in the face with the ball. I still haven't, although I have recently (like at 35) mastered catching something rather than ducking!
I had a secret love for the Virginia Reel and all square dancing. The only problem was the whole picking people, getting picked, etc-- that was awful. But once that was over, and especially if it was with friends, I had a ball! In fact, in high school a group of friends and I went square dancing regularly and it was SO MUCH FUN

Try contra dancing! Lots of fun and not too hard.
I have no bananas or saltines in the house. Was planning a whole "eat healthy with spinach and oranges and fish" thing (um, not all at the same time) Though after not eating other than brunch yesterday, I weighed myself this morning and the second number on the scale changed. Which was cool, if unsustainable.
