This is what I'm looking at doing. The crockpot will hold the water and the inverted, cut lid will support the hide glue in a canning jar. I think I can do it so it's suspended, but if not, I'll use a towel on the bottom like he did.
They're easy to deal with.....
Okay, great, thanks.
Ok, for the preamp, is this the one we were talking about with a film piezo and the basslines pickup? Those pickups would be where the two piezos are in that diagram? I think the circuit board stuff might be over my head right now, but I'm game to try.
I'm rather astonished at how little histrionics I'm seeing on facebook over Downton Abbey. Didn't the season finale finish like 30 minutes ago (on the west coast)? Was everyone already spoiled or still sitting on their sofas processing?
That pre essentially is separate, and blended prior to the jack (blend pot) and a filter or two....
The glue pot is ingenious!
The circuit board stuff actually isn't difficult, but it requires attention to detail, and it works great.
erin,
there were a LOT of people who were spoiled, so that might be it. People completely lost it in my twitter timeline. They were PISSED.
I haven't watched it yet! Please don't spoil me.
"So no one but me does the thing where you just eat leftovers each meal until they're gone rather than freezing them?
I can't eat my way through four pounds of pot roast before it goes off.
So, what happened in Downton Abbey? I never managed to get back into season 3.
I was accidentally spoiled for Downton (which I haven't actually watched yet, so there may be more shocking stuff that I am not spoiled for, I don't know) because I couldn't remember a minor detail about a main character that we learned back in the first season so I just googled the character and found out stuff I didn't mean to know. Oh well.
Mmmm, pot roast. I love braised meat in general, so tender. I think I have braised lamb chop and leeks on deck for dinner tomorrow. Nom.
Hey, if it was four pounds raw it may be only 3 pounds cooked! Which is still a fuckload of meat for one person, of course.
I
t heart
my freezer so much for storing my excess servings and then providing me with meals that just need reheating later. If only I could master thawing stuff in the fridge.
