Gavin, ask yourself this question. What are you more afraid of, a giant murderous demon or me?

I haven't trusted science since I saw the film "Flubber."

I believe someone on CNN compared it to Katrina.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

I saw a quote where someone asked someone off the ship to compare it to Katrina. She was basically like, bitch please.

Our wings are not tired.

I see.

Back tattoos of the mother is that you are absolutely right - Ame

I've been trying hard to live by the "if he makes her happy, then I'm happy". But that has completely worn thin.

I guess KCD called her today and "flipped out" and did I know why. Well, I do, but I wasn't going to go into that in front of the bf. Plus, I have no control over KCD and what he decides to say to anyone.

I am so far beyond frustrated with the two of them.

The feeling you get when your brain finally lets your heart get in its pants.

Which will still be there tomorrow? (I found slim pickings for half-priced candy, myself.)

Good point. Maybe I should hit Godiva and then if there is nothing there go go Bevmo.

Or I could just go to Target and get cheap candy and cheap wine.

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

The thing about the Carnival Cruise stuff that nearly made me scream with laughter is some women next to me at lunch were talking about the horrible situation and the thing that they felt was the absolute capper to the fucked up nature of the incident was that the passengers had to eat tomato and CUCUMBER sandwiches!

I had no idea until this Carnival Cruise fiasco that cucumbers were a hated vegetable by the U.S. public.

(I was carefully not thinking about that Katrina thing, but man, having watched that video, fuck you, CNN reporter. The systematic screwing-over of a poor and minority populace is not comparable with people who had a terrible vacation.)

Oh honey, the mentally unwell people have been in the fanbase since Game Changers was Stucky fanfiction on the internet. The calls have been coming from inside the house the whole time!

There must be some way to turn this epic struggle to be able to keep doing your job (which you are doing well and which needs to be done) to your advantage. Novel? Screenplay? Something. It's truly unbelievable and that ought to be worth something.

Just think, if it gets made into a movie you can make final casting say a condition of licensing and pick an actress you loathe to play Work Nemesis!

Our wings are not tired.

I read that passengers were literally walking around on floorboards squeaking with raw sewage. This goes beyond a "terrible vacation".

And I hadn't realized comparisons to Katrina were being made, since I don't watch any television news. I am tired of everything being compared to Katrina because it's pointless.

"It didn't taste good. It tasted soooo horrible. It tasted like....a vodka martini." - Matilda

I don't doubt that the passengers were miserable, but the rhetoric has really been over the top.
