Err, the ricotta cheese had protein. I don't know about the protein content of a detachable penis from a sea slug, in use or otherwise.
I just want to clarify.
eta: Yay, Jesse!
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

YAYAYAYAY Jesse!!
Jesse, that is AWESOME!
That's awesome, Jesse.
It makes me want to continue over-withholding, even though in theory I don't believe in that.
I'm not a big boss, but we have an admin assistant for our whole group. The couple of times I've gone to her to ask her to do something for me has felt so awkward.
Our division has a fantastic, kick-ass admin, who gently mocks me when I come to her for help because she KNOWS that I only do that as a last resort. The last time this happened she said, "Cupcake, I know you're a self-reliant princess of darkness, but that's what I'm HERE for. Stop trying to fix this stuff on your own, you don't know the loopholes."
I love our admin. I need to buy her another bottle of wine.
My favourite not-admin-but-does-the-stuff-better-than-you person is the IT finance lady. I'm supposed to be minding the billing and stuff for our project, but in the end? Just ask her how stuff works and how to get invoices approved and paid and stuff signed. It is so much simpler than trying to do it all myself.
My main interactions with admins is "Please get me a spot on this calendar" or the even better "Can you work with these three other admins to get me a time when these four hoity toity honchos can meet with little old me?" Because that's impossible for mortals to achieve.
Yay, Jesse! Next step: STAY out of credit card debt.
My dead washer and dryer are GONE!!! I found a place called unwanted.com that picked them up for no charge and they do their best to recycle. Other places I had called charged big money, so I'm thrilled to have them gone for a $15 tip.
I have decided against buying a new set for now and will be renting a set from our management company. We are likely going to move next year, so I'm going to tuck my laundry fund away and see if I need to buy at that point. Brand new set is due to be delivered on Friday!!! No more laundromat runs!

If only! I use our finance database so infrequently that I need to be hand-held through it every single time. Except it's harder and harder because after each reorganization we lose the one person who knows the system best. We're now down to one admin for an office of 25 people, and my boss just announced that we should be changing the toner and formatting our letters for signature ourselves, that Admin has more important things to be doing.
Congratulations, Jesse! I got out of CC debt about twelve years ago, after carrying it for three or four years, and ever since then I've been pretty obsessive about keeping it paid off. It's just too frelling dangerous. Of course, I've been regularly-employed for the last twelve years, too, which certainly makes a difference there.
