We went out to a great restaurant called Pappadeaux. Great Cajun food. And the place is all decked out for Mardi Gras. We had fried alligator for an appetizer. K-Bug had a crawfish dish that was so good. I was thrilled with my lobster and mussels. CJ had some cajun fried shrimp that appeared to be WAY spicy. Wish I could afford to go there more often.

I think the issue with the pedals is that 1) they must rotate freely and b) when using them, your foot has to be on the very top. So I'm not sure there is a way to weight them from flipping over. I think most are weighted though so that the front (when pedaling) of the pedal points up if you are not clipped in. Most (all?) have a little ridge on the top, like that tiny spike on the toe clip ones, that allows you to slide your foot over the pedal and catch the ridge. This means you don't have to flip it with your toe, just slide your shoe along the pedal until the piece on the bottom of your shoe hits the ridge of the pedal and then push down to clip in.

Hey, is anyone here familiar with the Philadephia airport? I am flying to Dublin tonight through there (barring cancelled flights, eeek) and I have a 2hr 40 minute layover where I have to get from terminal F to Terminal A. Which, looking at the online plan, are the opposite ends of the airport. I'm wondering how difficult this is. Do I have to bust a move as soon as I get off the plane? I am totally screwed to make my connection?

I've been told by someone who travelled Hfx>Phil>Paris that since I preclear customs in Halifax, I am treated like a domestic passenger in Philly...I really hope so.
