I want one of these. I don't care that it's impracticable and probably very expensive.
Well, you wouldn't be able to throw stones for one thing.
Off-topic discussion. Wanna talk about corsets, duct tape, or physics? This is the place. Detailed discussion of any current-season TV must be whitefonted.

Also, does anyone have a medical reason for why your mother is falling?
Good point. I remember that, for my mom and others, falling and other indications of steep declines in physical abilities often was an indication of a UTI. Can they test her for that?

Oh, good call. I'll text the nurse.
Most supershort haircuts are slightly longer on top (relative to the sides and back) anyway.
Perhaps, but not mine. So it's new to consider. I've had a full on high top fade, but that was a) a long time ago, and b) high. I didn't let it grow out much.
I find it very interesting to wonder what deep societal psychic angst is being expressed by all the zombie preparation stuff.
Sort of like vampires had a resurgence in popularity around the time that AIDS became a widely known issue. Perhaps zombies are a reaction to our current mindless production of CO2 that may eventually destroy civilization as we know it.

If it is a UTI, perhaps a follow-up text asking why they're charging for high-end care while leaving medical troubleshooting to you and your friends would be in order. Seriously, "Old people, well, you know, they fall down a lot," isn't a great mindset for an elderly care facility.
Well, you wouldn't be able to throw stones for one thing.
You could, but they say you shouldn't. Judgment call, I'd say.

To be fair, they're not supposed to be charging us for the highest level of care. At least not until this point.
Dear person I'm on the phone with:
You are tech support for a very large insurance company. Why are you asking me how to get access to this computer folder that says access denied?
I got a LinkedIn invite from a name that looked completely foreign to me. And it didn't list a reason the way it normally does. But when I clicked on it I remembered the guy--we worked together in Michigan.
But he's not listing that job on his resume. We were never close or anything--I certainly don't know him well enough to ask "Why are you lying???" but that's damned shady. So I clicked on a couple other former co-workers, and their memory of their time there doesn't always jibe with mine.
Interesting, but also flummoxing.
I've seen photos of ita with a fade.
Speaking of hair, mine is in desperate need of color and... and... something else too. Maybe it's just the weather, but my hair looks mopey.
