Marylanders don't get roundabouts.
Hmph. Maybe not in Baltimore.
The Chevy Chase roundabout is a little terrifying, though.
Is it? I mean, that's where I learned to drive, so maybe I'm just used to it.
I love roundabouts! I don't think there are any in Baltimore proper but there are some nearby. I get annoyed with people who are too afraid to use the roundabout correctly.
Jessica, yes. Especially because lots of the other ones in DC of that size have mitigation of weird double lanes etc.

"Yeah, it's stupid, but I'm gonna do it anyway."
I take away more of a no harm no foul no regrets sort of thing. Like YOLO can encompass taking a big risk--it's not necessarily stupid, but it's not sensible.
I don't like when drivers hesitate, because then I don't know when things are going to happen. I really like to put as much distance between me and people stutter stepping on the gas as possible.
