No. You're missing the point. The design of the thing is functional. The plan is not to shoot you. The plan is to get the girl. If there's no girl, then the plan, well, is like the room.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

given that human mouths and human hands haven't changed much since then, they're one aspect of dentistry that haven't needed to change.

That argument, however, doesn't apply to gynecological instruments.

Now tagless for your comfort.

How did that guy get elected in Wisconsin, anyway?

I wish I knew. I wish. Blergh.

Why does "tossing salad" mean that other thing that "tossing salad" means?

"You can't put a price on the joy of not giving a shit." -Zenkitty

Not only is the no disparity in pay between genders, if there was, it wouldn't matter because "you could argue that money is more important for a man."

He gets his "facts" from Ann Coulter?! AUGH.

Maitenance is jack-hammering somewhere near my front door. Not close enough to see right outside the door and I don't feel like putting on a bra to investigate.

msbelle, did I steal your motivation? I am trying to accomplish a crapton today.

yes, you must have. darn you.

ION, mac has been to the school nurse this morning, that makes 3 visits in the last 5 days of school. He complains of "not feeling well and a sore throat". He played all weekend, has had no fever, has eaten both spicy and hard food - granted did have a few coughing fits that said made his throat hurt, but that was a minute amount of time. So either is really wrong, but not bad enough to cause major discomfort or he wants to avoid classroom time. Tomorrow is a Dr. visit to get this sorted (oh and get his blood drawn for some lab work for the psychiatrist - he will not like that one bit.)

You were a wrong baby who grew up wrong. The wrong kind of wrong. It's better you hear it from a friend.

That argument, however, doesn't apply to gynecological instruments.

Nor, interestingly, to toothbrushes.

fivethirtyeight.com had an interesting article about, not quite that (though reading between the lines: in 2010, Repubs weren't popular, but Dems were even less so, and nationwide they could get some candidates elected that should never have had a look-in); but about how after the 2010 elections, Republican governors no longer varied in ideology with their state, but were now uniformly conservative - and therefore, in many cases well out of step with their electorate. Result: many of them, including Walker, now have poor approval ratings. [link]
