She is now off to a concert in the park, CJ is at basic training for ARP (intensive 3 day camping trip/training for the probies, refresher for the regular members), and I have the place to myself for a little while.

Do people normally stick to one outfit? Because I see that pic I linked to was last year, but the first time I saw her had to be four years ago or so.
There tends to be two kinds of hardcore cosplayers, IME. One types loves to constantly make new costumes and become different characters. The other type loves to play one specific character and constantly works on perfecting their costume of that character.

This has been my experience. Most of my friends who cosplay have 2-3 costumes for a convention. They have favorites that they tinker with, and also like the challenge of coming up with new designs every year.
