Buffistas is set up so that you believe weirder stories. Cause our weird stories are true.(although I wish mine were sexier than "spent six hours in up-ended wheelchair," and "cut cornea reading Sunday funnies" but then, the self-loathing demons are out in force lately) So I wasn't really pissed at Gus till he came around again wanting a second bite of the apple. You tricked me, had your lame little yucks, but you don't get to pretend we know each other in a healthy way...fuck off.

He definitely got really pale and clammy and went to the hospital, and the company owner laid off me and the other employee because the lead carpenter had had a heart attack. I went to work for another company but ran into the company owner several months later at the hardware store. They eventually forced him to quit because they found out he was using the company cell for 900 number calls and "storing" company equipment at his house. Did I mention he also collected guns and carried one in the van? That part is true.
Okay, this is fierce...something.
Someone gave me a link to another pseudicide story, this one in the LA Weekly. I decide to peek at the comments, but I just got this far:
To quote TvTropes, the site that linked me here, and probably others: "This woman mind raped [Audrey] for two years." For two years, this woman was emotionally strung along, having her life played with like a puppet in this sick woman's hands.
It's not going to get richer for me today, that's for sure.

Wow. Taste the irony.

Oh, that one! That's the one the pseudicider got sued in court, but the court threw it out just recently, claimed it wasn't really fraud, IIRC.
And yeah, the irony is strong in that one.
Sure! I only got to see one island, so clearly I need to go back and spend a lot of money on sushi.
Hmmmmm
Emilyn was (is?) a NYT writer, right?
She's with The New Yorker now.
Wow. Taste the irony.
