I'd rather stay home and watch television. It's often funnier than killing stuff.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh, crap, right, I also need to change my polish to Blackhawks Red.

I'm going to be obnoxious fan with the pretty good seats while everyone else is wearing their WhiteOut t shirts who is Very Obviously wearing the opposing team's colors.

Why did Darth Vader cross the road? To get to the Dark Side!

I've taken care of two necessary work tasks! Plus I tutored at my son's school. I think if I'm with msbelle today, I'm totes behind the 8-ball when it comes to rewards, so I'm going to lunch.

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Two things I meant to address from way earlier in this thread: Go tankless, Burrell, for sure! I and my mom both got talked out of them during our build, and we both regret it.

Allyson: get down with your bad self on the F chord! F is hard. And as your fb person notes, so are the B variants. But if you can get that one down, you are well on your way!

That's the pain / That cuts a straight line down through the heart / We call it love

What are people doing this weekend?

Napping, writing thank-you cards, getting caught up on email, going for walks, and generally trying to avoid going stir-crazy. Maybe going out to a movie? I thought there was something out I wanted to see, but searching through local listings, nothing is standing out to me. (I'm intrigued by Cabin in the Woods, but horror is *so* not my thing.)

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Okay, msbelle, we have to get after it. I'll do one thing if you'll do one thing.

We are Buffistas. This isn't our first apocalypse. -- Pix

What are people doing this weekend?

Sitting with my mother, walking the dog, getting some exercise (I've been really bad this week, with the wet weather and my sister's got bronchitis). Maybe I'll do some cooking. Catch up on TGW. Pay bills. Oh, and dinner with a friend tomorrow night.

Unusually and exceedingly peculiar and altogether quite impossible to describe

What are people doing this weekend?

Tim's taxes, big kink party in Dayton tomorrow night, concert with my favorite local jazz band Sunday afternoon.

If I want to become a cloud of bats, does each bat need a separate vaccination?

Yard sale this weekend!

And then joining the Y so I can take Dylan swimming. (The youth membership at this branch is only $128/year.)

"Faded like the lilac, he thought."

Oh yeah, there's a jazz and blues fest going on in Glendale too, but with the weather I'm going to consider myself lucky if I make it to the Sephora and Trader Joe's in addition to the game.
