That is so cool, Chi!
Matilda and I have gone over to Kezar Stadium, kicked around the soccer ball, run all the steps and returned back to the apartment to make snow cones using our hand cranked (plastic) Snoopy snow cone maker.
We used syrup from a can of peaches to flavor the first batch. But for the second batch I made homemade raspberry syrup which is pretty effin' delicious.
Emmett is getting a ride to the Varsity Baseball season ending dinner in Walnut Creek tonight with a teammate! Yikes, even though it's a senior with a couple years of driving experience that still feels scary. Freeway driving at night with teenagers.
annoying co-worker is one of those people who is ALWAYS in drama. she dropped her car off to get worked on last weeek: 1st thing was the dealership was saying they would not get her a rental, then they got her a rental but the work was taking to long, then it was maybe see would just get a new car and the dealership wasn't giving her a very good deal, then she picked up the car and the dealership had doen damage to it and it was making horrible noises, just now taking it back to the dealership the front tire flew off because the dealership apparently did not tighten it on - so now the car is wrecked and that is horrible and scary, but it is being told and retold in 20-30 minute loud re-enactments with cursing and I just hope by Monday it is resolved or all I will hear is phone calls with the dealership.
How could you think that 25% of Americans are gay?
Matilda might grow up presuming so in San Francisco.
Do you mind if I share on facebook? I have some middle/high school drama teachers as friends.
Please do!!
Thanks again, everyone! I am super stoked. So stoked I'm actually using the word "stoked."
I figured the water heater guy would show up as soon as I made lunch, and lo, it was so.
You guys were pretty gruesome today, wow!
My odds of being able to swim tonight are looking pretty slim. Storming now, and there's a nasty band behind this one. Ech.
heh heh, sara said behind.
sigh
And we have hail.
We also just found Loki sitting next to the squirt bottle, looking guilty. And then I see the puddle. It was on a shelf he normally doesn't get one. Guile, he does not have.

Given that it's something over 15% there, she'd also be wrong. But adorable.
It's scary dark out there right now.
