Minor drama in the Suziq house. K-Bug came home from work with an ouchy wrist. She had been moving a table and the manniquin fell off and she tried to catch it. She wouldn't even let me touch it. It was the same hand with the broken scaphoid from 9 years ago (surgery, bone graft, and pin). I asked if she had reported the injury to management. This happened at 5am, so the actual managers weren't there, but the highest level person didn't do anything when she told him. I made her call and report the injury and ask where she could get it checked out.
A couple of hours later, nothing is broken, but she is in a splint for a week. Now she just needs a better story to explain the splint - attacked by manniquin is kinda weak.

Okay, that's discomfiting. There's a need-to-know project going on in the office, and I've just been forwarded the NDA along with a list of my fellow Fight Clubbers, and my manager? Not on it. So I guess I can't report on its progress to her? I have to go over her head straight to my boss?
