Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Aw, baby! I'm pretty sure my grandparents had that chair, too.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

I loved that chair. When I was two and three, I used to sit in it and rock myself for hours.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Wow. It's a shame that didn't suit you, Jesse. It's very pretty. If we were the same size I'd try and get it off you.

Tommy, I just left surnames off the family pictures I put up. I feel more comfortable that way.

Gawker did a web search for the answers to the likely security questions for a number of celebs, and then made a "point" that no one should take this information and hack anyone.

I'm pretty sure Denton would have loved it if someone had, though.

Amy, lots of water. Even after the fact! I have determined (by having each part separately) that my hangovers are exactly dehydration + lack of sleep, and the one you can do something about.

I'm loosing my anonymity

No one answered my question about that...

I guess it's a combination of typos and people not knowing. I just saw a hilarious set of tweets by people saying they hate Hippocrates....

I don't remember--what was the question?

Tom Scola - May 28, 2012 3:56:44 pm PDT #7260 of 30001
Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

I have a pro Flickr account, and I can see the referrals for people viewing my photos. Yesterday I got a hit because some googled “Tom Scola Brooklyn”. I have a stalker! I’m a little worried it might be a potential employer, but otherwise, I’m OK with it.

Because books.

Lose/loose is really common, but I see all kinds of stuff in fic especially. "By afternoon, there was an unsettling feeling in his stomach," for instance, when they mean unsettled. And "more suiting words come to mind," instead of suitable.

About what I felt like was a prevalence of lose/loose errors-hard typo to spot, or not knowing the correct spelling? (I'm not trying to make a big deal of your typo--it just reminded me that I'd asked yesterday or so). And I did get one answer, so that's rude of me.
