I never understood why people chose dare. You could always just lie if you chose truth, whereas dare you needed to perform.
I was super nosy, and didn't really have any interesting secrets, so I loved Truth or Dare, just for the information.

Ya just waltz up to someone and say "I'm sorry, but this is a dare/winning me a bet, so I hope you'll humor me" and do whatever.
Which is why we had a blanket rule for the improvisers (trust me, it wasn't the comp sci people I was doing it with) that you were not allowed to tell strangers why beforehand, and sometimes not even afterwards.

I hated both games (why should I tell you shit unless I want to tell you shit, otherwise it is none of your damn business) so if a game started, I flat out stated that nothing that coming out of my mouth was going to be truthful. And proceeded to lie. Usually pretty boring or outlandish lies. It always confused people. But I rarely was coerced into a game again.
