if you purposefully try to make things difficult for her I will sometimes get caught in the crossfire. so like telling her she had to take her own equipment to the conference when she could get it at the hotel like the other people? yeah, that almost resulted in ME having to carry AV equipment because I am the GD admin for the conference.

msbelle, my sister is a receptionist and people talk shit about other employees in front of her like she doesn't even exist, which has put her in some unpleasant situations. This is in addition to the fact that she's chained to her desk and can't even pee unless she finds covereage, and only one person will cover for her because all the other admins are too import. It fucking blows my mind how admins are apparently not real people.

I think ice cream not setting due to alcohol is a "problem" we can deal with. I also think ice cream "cubes" in a alcoholic drink might be a brilliant idea.

Hence the gelatin. But what I added must be higher proof than the recipe was calculating for--some of the recipes call for a whole envelope. This only called for half. I don't know if it's possible to add the second half afterwards though.
Which would be a shame, because a waste of the effort required to make the custard.
