And then Ortus came and said "It's Ortin' time" and they all Orted off into the sunset

Aren't Legos already pixelated, by definition?

I was mega-productive this morning (went to the bank and filed a Corporate Resolution letter to get ex-board members off the account, bought a new bike lock & saddle bags for commuting, then went to the library to apply for Aeryn's passport) and lethargic now. It's such a gorgeous day, I just want to find a patch of sun and go nap.

A dress should be tight enough to show you're a woman but loose enough to flee from zombies. — Ginger

So, the traffic was just as effed up as expected, but I exchanged my bra that didn't fit for this, and had to pay only $4 over the exchange. Woo! It's very cute (I think Tep will approve. ETA UM, click on the black and white polka dots. OK.): [link]

But I now have gift, will clean office a bit more, will wrap gift, make card, shower.

Then BBQ and a BFFs birthday party! It's a little cool and cloudy, but it'll be fine

"And to be clear, I am the hell. And the high water."

damn. if that were in legos, it would have to be pixelated!

I look more rad than Lutheranism

(I think Tep will approve)

I like! I'm intrigued by the Infinity Edge(TM). I'm hearing "Infinity Edge!" in my head as Don LaFontaine's voice, BTW.

Have achieved Target (including Captain America t-shirt, by god, so I can wear it tonight) and picked up dry cleaning. Now cooking a turkey burger and waiting for Tim to get home so we can head out to the movies. I should also perhaps feed the pets who are staring at me with the intensity of a thousand suns. A thousand STARVING suns.

I slept forever, which I needed. I ate lunch, cleaned the bathroom, and sorted some paperwork while waiting for it to stop raining. Then I decided I didn't mind getting a little wet and walked for five miles. Now I'm doing laundry. I think I'll snack on some fruit and fire up another MST3K.

Punishingly Intricate

Oh no, Scrappy! You should have zero self-loathing, due to how awesome you are.

Indeed!

We did a team fundraiser at a big flea market in town today and the weather was gorgeous, we had two adjacent spots under a lovely tree, lots of people showed up to help, and we made just over $1000!!! Now I am completely exhausted.

Remember that the frontier of the Rebellion is everywhere. And even the smallest act of insurrection pushes our lines forward.

Steph, did you see my note in Other Media?

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Am back from the faerie festival, where there was much walking in addition to the hour-long dance set.(The festival is being held at a site which we knew well, as the Folklore Society's Getaway was held there for a number of years. Gary dubbed it "Camp Escher" because it seemed like you had to walk uphill no matter where you were going.) My legs are not happy.
