I woke up when someone called at 7AM but did not leave a message. At which point I realized I had a headache and got up to take some painkiller. Got up again around 9AM at which point the sun was shining on my bed and making me too warm, so I took my pillow and laid down on the bathroom floor for a bit.

Then I made it to the gym and got through about 45 minutes of a training session and was so done. Showered. Eating an apple and cheese, and going to get caffeine in hopes that this headache will go away. Also heading toward the fabric store to buy a few odds and ends I need (seam ripper, for instance).

Supposed to volunteer at the Humane Society benefit tonight, but will totally bail if my head still hurts.

I have been sitting on my ass and not doing laundry for several hours now. Avengers shortly!!

I am ALL over that. I mean, that's my sustenance for the weekend right there. But, to see the pictures in more detail has me laughing out loud. Why exactly do you need to pixelate the menstrual river of blood in Lust?

I mean - it is legos. Do you pixelate Georgia O'Keefe? So why Legos?

I have done exactly fuck-all. But now I am showered and going to Target and to get my dry cleaning and then to see The Avengers (since everyone else is doing it).

I am theoretically doing laundry.

I did weed. I mean, you know what I mean. Last week I was all, "I think the tumbleweeds aren't coming back this year." This week, there they are. But if I can stay on top of them, maybe they won't be so bad?

I feel sad for the SO because I was weeding his optomistic little patch of grass, which looked a little thin, when I noticed suspicious little rabbit pellets. So that's what's been happening to it. Maybe time for the burlap again.

Now time for lunch and television.

Aren't Legos already pixelated, by definition?

I was mega-productive this morning (went to the bank and filed a Corporate Resolution letter to get ex-board members off the account, bought a new bike lock & saddle bags for commuting, then went to the library to apply for Aeryn's passport) and lethargic now. It's such a gorgeous day, I just want to find a patch of sun and go nap.

So, the traffic was just as effed up as expected, but I exchanged my bra that didn't fit for this, and had to pay only $4 over the exchange. Woo! It's very cute (I think Tep will approve. ETA UM, click on the black and white polka dots. OK.): [link]

But I now have gift, will clean office a bit more, will wrap gift, make card, shower.

Then BBQ and a BFFs birthday party! It's a little cool and cloudy, but it'll be fine
