I am off to get a friend a bday present and exchange a bra I got from Victoria's Secret for Xmas (yeah, I know...)

I HAVE accomplished office cleanage, so there's that.

Surprise in-laws in tow, did I mention that? YAY. Sudden change of plans and ER faux-cleaning.

All right, off to brave the Saturday plaza traffic stupidity. Ugh - I used to live there, so I know my way around but it's such a CLUSTERFUCK on the weeknds.

I...ate breakfast and then went back to bed. Since I woke up, I've emptied the dishwasher and started on laundry though, so that's something accomplished.

I took care of some paperwork (bills, stuff for the work I'm having done in the house), then decided 'screw it,' and went to see the Avengers.

I regret nothing.

I have been sitting on my ass and not doing laundry for several hours now. Avengers shortly!!

I spent a day wandering and not meeting up with the people I was supposed to meet up with. Harrumph.

It doesn't help that I drank last night, so I am in a mood. I never understood how alcohol was a depressant until my 40s.

I've been watching tv and de-tangling yarn or playing online or brushing the cat (she is also full of tangles).

I woke up when someone called at 7AM but did not leave a message. At which point I realized I had a headache and got up to take some painkiller. Got up again around 9AM at which point the sun was shining on my bed and making me too warm, so I took my pillow and laid down on the bathroom floor for a bit.

Then I made it to the gym and got through about 45 minutes of a training session and was so done. Showered. Eating an apple and cheese, and going to get caffeine in hopes that this headache will go away. Also heading toward the fabric store to buy a few odds and ends I need (seam ripper, for instance).

Supposed to volunteer at the Humane Society benefit tonight, but will totally bail if my head still hurts.

I am ALL over that. I mean, that's my sustenance for the weekend right there. But, to see the pictures in more detail has me laughing out loud. Why exactly do you need to pixelate the menstrual river of blood in Lust?

I mean - it is legos. Do you pixelate Georgia O'Keefe? So why Legos?
