I think she looks like a Cindy Lou Who!

That White People Mourning Romney tumblr is perfect for my schadenfreude needs.
Patsy, after Patsy Cline?
Patsy, after Patsy Cline?
Will she go out walkies after midnight?
Yeah, I think the name Sadie is a good one, but I understand wanting to call her something of your own choosing.
ETA: she is SO sweet looking!
I think you have to get to know a dog at least a little before picking a name. For example, the dog we called Gremlin should really have been named Gonzo. I may not be the typical pet namer; I've named one dog for a newspaper and a cat for a radio station.
My grandma was called Sadie, so I approve. (After she died, we found her birth certificate and her actual name was Sarah Wynona.)
I just linked to that Romney Campaign cuts off staffers' credit cards item. Class act, or what? You know, these people were his true believers who worked their asses off and cried real tears when he lost.
(I do kind of doubt that he personally gave the order, but it is too typical that he had penny-pinchers on his staff in positions of power that did it without even thinking about it... and you know, somebody who actually cared about "the help" might have mentioned to those penny-pinchers that he wanted his staffers to get home safe.)
I kinda like Sadie
Oh, I forgot to say that my best friend's dog, who we will be around a lot, is also named Sadie. Having two Sadie dogs in the family would be too confusing!
I named a cat Toshiro in the expectation he would be a fierce warrior only to belatedly realize I should called him Dom Deluise.
I have never called a cat what I named him/her. I had Lucky Strike Jef Mahoney Farmer Joe Louise, who I called Mr. Kitty (nicknamed Mr. Bunny or Bun bun), Sunshine, who I called Boo boo, and Snickers, who I call Miss Bobo.
