I'm eating Trader Joe's pub cheese with jalapenos. Which I bought by mistake. But it's still good. Though hot.
I think that's the only reason JZ hasn't already consumed it because she is the Cheese Devourer of Worlds.

You know, the way you put it the first time is a good way to look at it. You had a lot of different things. Why shouldn't the artichokes and sun dried tomatoes get top billing - especially if they were your favorite thing on the menu.
I'm not the greatest cook , but I'm better than decent. And I think one of the things that makes me a good cook is that I alway start with the vegetables I want to use, then build the rest of the meal around them. I think that leads me to create better tasting meals than when I start with the meat or starch.
Ok, I've got 2 jamon iberico bocadillos, 4 leftover cocotinos con parras, a bottle of water and only 20 EU left. I knew I would end up not needing that extra 20. Ah well, who is going to Europe next?
Got my morning cafe con leche at a locals' cafe/bar and they gave me cinnamon sugar encrusted hard toasted bread as tapas, in addition to the barrita tosta con marmelada that I ordered. Mmmm.
OK, see y'all on the flipside. Time for me to see about rejoining the eastern time zone. And normal life.
