Yeah, I could do that, but I'm paralyzed with not caring very much.

Fandom means never having to say "But where would I wear that?"

Timelies all!

Picked up Gary at the airport last night.(He was on the West coast all last week) Nova is in my lap, kneading my thigh. Life as usual...

That man was going to shank me. Over an omelette. Two eggs and a slice of government cheese. Is that what my life is worth?

OMG, tommmyrot and aurelia. I can't believe it took that long to vote yesterday! I early voted last Sunday (yes, my place was open on Sunday morning). I walked in, voted, and walked out in less than 10 minutes.

Our wings are not tired.

Univision is reporting that people are waiting EIGHT HOURS to fucking vote in Miami. They are determined and remaining in line.

We are very worried about what happens at the cut off time on Tuesday to all the people in line. I believe if you were in line you get to vote, but intimidation is a possibility too. The Miami ballot is 10 pages long, mine was only 4 pages. Big long oversized pages.

I could have mailed my ballot, but I needed the reassurance of physically scanning the pages and watching the machine count go up. (not as fun as the old levers, but more reliable)

I may be seeing this through my rose colored glasses, but it really appears that the voters in Florida are very angry about the efforts to restrict voting and it has energized people in a way they hadn't intended. People are talking about it. I predict a huge turnout. (I have no hard proof of this, just observation)

So my tumblr timeline makes me think that this guy I went to drama school with is now on Supernatural? His name is Ty Olsen. (That's not spoilery, is it?)

Because books.

He is, Sue! And he actually was briefly in S3, too.

I just IMDB'd him and he's been working a lot. Good for him. He was a year below me, but I think we were on a crew together at one point. I remember him as being intimidating looking, but actually being quite sweet and quiet.

God, it's been 18 years since drama school. t /old

Because books.

He's doing a really thick Louisiana accent for this role, too, which is sexy except I've had a little trouble understanding him.

I haven't watched supernatural since S. 4 or 5? I am very out of the loop.

Because books.

His character is really interesting this season. Before that he played the bartender/vampire in the S2 episode Bloodlust (the one with Amber Benson as Lenore).

Thrive to spite them

I read yesterday that the line at the courthouse in Tallahassee was out the door, down the street, and around the block. I think around 2 corners.
