Oh, yeah. There was this time I was pinned down by this guy that played left tackle for varsity... Well, at least he used to before he was a vampire... Anyway, he had this really, really thick neck, and all I had was a little, little Exact-O knife ... You're not loving this story.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

Still in line. The outer line. Dunno how long the inner line is. Maybe an hour or two to go.

Well not canonically, no, but this is transformative fiction.

Android would not be the reason you can't use it overseas. Just check with your carrier.

Everyone is right to say, though--a phone that doesn't use SIM cards here isn't going to spring a slot abroad. It depends on what kind of technology the phone uses for service, whether or not the phone is unlocked, and other stuff that your phone company are in the best place to answer authoritatively.

Our wings are not tired.

The people in the voting lines with us (the family went 3 different days) were in good humor. Just chatting and socializing while passing the hours. Please let my state's many attempts to screw the voters bite them. Doubling the early voting hours would have worked so much better than halving them. Oh well. Still looks like a huge turnout.

The one on Rogers Ave, near the Metra line.

It's five thousand for kissing, ten thousand for snuggling... End of list.

Cat sleeping on my back leg. Makes it hard to start once a month cooking. This is my 7th excuse today, and they've all been winners!

Someone brought pizza for everyone!

I'm not really hungry. Bit it's nice how everyone is in good spirits and helping each other out.

You have back legs? Or just one?

See, whereas I was wondering where her front legs were...

All sorrows can be borne if you put them into a story. Tell me a story.

I am the last person in line at this early voting location. When they closed the doors they joked that I'd get a prize. I think they decided on 50,000 rubles. I've been here for an hour and I'm wishing I'd brought coffee and a Luna bar.
