I'm a vision of hotliness, and how weird is that? Mystical comas. You know, if you can stand the horror of a higher power hijacking your mind and body so that it can give birth to itself, I really recommend 'em.

I’m responsible for my own happiness? I can’t even be responsible for my own breakfast! (Bojack Horseman)

Tom participated in haircut day too.

Zen, when we were in the UK last year, I used my cell phone there, a lot. Calls, texting, accessing email and other web stuff. You just gotta call your provider and get an international plan for the time you're there. I got an international data plan as well. It worked out great. No need to worry about swapping phones or Sim cards or the like, just get yourself an international plan.

"There are few hours in life more agreeable than the hour dedicated to the ceremony known as afternoon tea."

Zenkitty, I had an Android when I went to the UK, and I called my provider who said it was not compatible. The newer versions may be different.

Sir, it's not an offence to let your cat eat your bacon. Okay? And we don't arrest cats, I'm very sorry.

So apparently there's an election next week. It's weird that I haven't heard anything about it. Anyway, I'm voting for Obama for president because alphabetically he comes before Romney.

Am in line for early voting. They're saying a two hour wait.

tommyrot, I've seen some of those lines on TV. I've never seen lines like that for voting, even on election day.

Sometimes I trip on how happy we could be.

Haircut day! Woot. I have high hopes that the woman I saw today will be my new haircutter, unlike the crappy cut I got last time.

So I just watched the Frontline on campaign finance, and it was literally all stuff I knew from the Colbert Report (aside from the specific cases they were talking about). They even got Trevor Potter!

I’d be lying if I didn’t say that I miss them all tonight…

I am scheduled for a haircut tomorrow. Lee, are you using a new salon?

Could be the provider as well. I had a Android through At&t and it was super easy and not that expensive (this was pretty much exactly one year ago today)

Cats to become a rabbit should gather immediately now here

I don't really follow the news-- have they said anything about how Sandy is going to effect voting in NYC? Since NYC is so predominately Democrat and so much bigger than upstate and western NY, I don't usually worry about my vote (I was planning on voting for Jill Stein). But if NYC doesn't have a big turn out, it is possible my vote will matter, and I should vote for Obama.

Punishingly Intricate

Liese, keep me in the loop on that.

Me too, me too!

Oh, man, we just put in an application to adopt this good girl:

She's a bit bigger than she is in the picture. Hard to say how big she'll be when full grown but we're guessing "medium sized." She was super chilled out and sweet. Fingers crossed!
